Held for the 15th year, the Charity Walk cum Family Carnival will entice the young and old with games and activities, food and products for sale, stage entertainment, lucky draws and goodie bag giveaways. The Metta Charity Walk will be flagged off by Guest-of-Honour Ms Jessica Tan, MP for East Coast GRC at the Technology Block of ITE College East at 9.00am, Sunday, 18 March 2012.
It is a 4 km fun walk. Morning workout will be conducted by our fitness instructor before the commencement of walk.
Please wear the official T-shirt and report at 8.30am at the Technology Block of ITE College East.
Metta Charity Walk cum Family Carnival raises funds towards supporting the development and enrichment of disability, medical, special education and early intervention programmes provided by Metta Welfare Association.
Now into its 15th year, this mega event, themed "FUNtastic Fiesta", returns with more interesting games, delectable treats, great bargains, wellness programmes and fitness workouts for visitors of all ages.
There is something for everyone! Make a date with your friends and family to experience it all!
Immerse in the exuberance of a bustling funfair after the walk. There are loads to see, do and buy at our Family Carnival which is commencing from 9am to 5pm.
