Itʼs that time of year again when boat enthusiasts gather for some serious shopping... and this year, the RSYC is joining in the fun with a boat show of its own!


Don’t miss the RSYC’s Boat Show this coming April! To be held over two exciting weekends, the inaugural boat show will showcase more than 30 new and used pleasure crafts... from jet skis and power crafts for the experienced boaters to entry-level boats and leisure cruisers for the family, you will be spoilt for choice!


On display will be a wide range of marine equipment and accessories, boating gears and fishing accessories for sale, as well as information on boat chartering... Plus, boat owners can participate in talks and demonstrations on boating and maintenance tips. This is also the opportunity for those interested in boating lifestyle to find out more about our Sailing, Power Boating and Navigation courses.


Do bring along your boating kakis as well as the whole family for there is a host of fun activities and entertainment.

Enjoy a special Boat Show Buffet Brunch at The Bridge Restaurant, available from 11am to 3pm on Saturdays and Sundays at $22 per adult and $10 per child. CLICK HERE for menu.

This event is organised at OFS every year by the Parent Association with the help of the school’s entire parent community. They aim to share each country’s unique customs, traditions, culture and food with one other in a lively atmosphere.

The Global Picnic is a celebration of the school’s cultural diversity. This event is organised at OFS every year by the Parent Association with the help of the school’s entire parent community. Its true spirit revolves around the desire to share each country’s unique customs, traditions, culture and food with each other in a lively atmosphere.

This year the Global Picnic will be held on Saturday, 20 April 2013 at the OFS Campus from 2:00pm to 5:00pm.

Sampling food from over 50 countries in a single afternoon can be an unforgettable experience, something you would not get to do easily anywhere in the world.

At the same time, the Global Picnic will feature cultural performances, dances and fashion from across the world which are sure to thrill you !

The Global Picnic offers something for everyone - there will be supervised bouncy castles for the younger ones, while the older ones can enjoy Forest Adventure, Outdoor rides and the games and crafts.

Of course, don’t forget to get a photo souvineer from the funky Global Picnic photo booths.

The event is definitely one of a kind and absolutely free for OFS families.

Extreme Sailing Series 2013 will not only feature the Extreme 40 boat sailing race but also a public Race Village with a host of entertainment, public bar, food stalls and trial sailing activities for the audience to enjoy throughout the day.

Cool down in scorching April by celebrating Songkran, the traditional Thai New Year, with fun water-based activities and crafts.

- Admission to museum is free from 9am to 7pm.
- Activities starts from 1pm to 5pm.

Watch the demo of the traditional Songkran blessing by monks from Wat Ananda Thai Buddhist Temple and learn the importance and meaning of this famous festival.

Learn how to fold your own krathong, dunk your friends in the dunking tank, or challenge them with water pistols in our Water Arena.

Bring a mat and have a picnic by the river. Kids will enjoy storytelling sessions in the Enlightened Ways gallery.
